Refund Policy

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for CSA shares once the season has begun unless there is someone on the waiting list who can take over your membership. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $25 processing fee. 

If you are ordering items from our store as a regular customer or as a Build-Your-Own CSA member and one of your items is missing or seriously damaged we will refund you for that item (or credit your account if you are Build-Your-Own member).

Any credit left over in a Build-Your-Own account at the end of season will not be refunded and will not roll over to the next year. (If you believe there are extenuating circumstances please contact us and we can probably work it out).

It is your responsibility to pick up your items from your location during open hours. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from picking up your items please CONTACT YOUR PICK UP LOCATION (don't e-mail us) as soon as possible to make arrangements.
